The best way to effect change is to use your voice. The more ANH-USA members, the louder our voice when we are speaking to Representatives and Senators. You can help us make our collective voice louder by sharing our petitions with your friends and family.

If you see something in The Pulse of Natural Health that you feel strongly about, forward the email to all your friends with a personal note, and encourage them to click the Subscribe! link at the top of the newsletter so they, too, can stay informed.
Host a party
We all love an excuse to throw a party and have our friends around. Why not have an organic barbecue and tell your friends about natural health? Ask everyone to bring a plate and let us know you are having a natural party. Email [email protected] with the subject line “I’m throwing a party!” and we’ll send you brochures, stickers, and pens that you can hand out to your guests, helping us spread the word about natural health activism.

Are you a practicing physician or the owner/manager of a health food store? You can display our fliers in your office or business to help us turn your patients and customers into consumer activists!
Do you have a local health food store you visit regularly? Why not ask the owner or manager to display some our brochures?
