Each condition is linked to a sub-section list of websites. Each website resource offers descriptive information regarding one or more ailments and conditions. Most sources are professional organizations, educational institutions and websites prepared by practitioners with knowledge of the condition.

List of health conditions is not very comprehensive, but is a good site for certain issues and side effects. More about alternative therapies such as accupuncture, reflexology, homeopathy, osteopathy,and massage though some specific supplements discussed as treatments. More a source to confirm that scientific studies have been done to support natural health remedies, rather than a general resource on health issues.

The site has non-commercial, evidence-based information website designed to provide consumers with education information, introductions and reviews on a variety of important vitamins and minerals. Information is organized by supplement, not health concern, so not a resource for researching specific health issues.
