Green Tea May Be Alzheimer’s Disease Fighter

Recent studies have suggested that consuming green tea could help protect the brain against developing Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia as well as protecting the body against cancer. The polyphenols (micronutrients found in plants) found in green tea have neuroprotective properties, binding with the toxic compounds and protecting the brain cells.
